Fast and efficient.
The owner explained the entire process and was very thorough (even though I have 20+ years in the insurance industry).
He was able to work with the adjuster and determine exactly what damage was done and needed replacement.
Frequent contact through out the entire process made me feel like I was a priority.

We had a dishwasher leak and Rainy Day was quick at responding and dried everything out really fast. And because of the leak, we ended up having to replace our kitchen island and they did an amazing job with the custom cabinetry and all the remodeling, including painting, countertops, and refinishing our hardwood floors. These guys also know all the ins and outs of insurance and really helped us through that process and made sure we received all the benefits our plan included, like having a hotel to stay in while the kitchen was torn up.

I worked with Dino and he helped me find solutions for a number of issues I was having from long term water damage. Rainy Day came in and was thorough in finding the root of the issue and ga e me reasonable quotes for all issues. I went out and received other quotes as well, but no other company was as thorough, professional, and punctual as Rainy Day. Shout out to Rainy Day! I had a pipe burst last night from the freezing temps and called up Rainy Day. John Hopewell was at my house in no time and was able to help repair the leak and restore water to our home. It was a Christmas miracle! We have had Rainy Day do 2 big projects with our house. The first was installing gutters. And the second was a roof repair that we had already contacted insurance about. We had a wonderful experience e both times with this company. The gutters have been up for almost 4 years and we have not had a single problem with them. The roof repair was done in the last month. We contacted our insurance and they sent us a check then we chose the company to fix the roof. Rainy day had no idea when the insurance paid us to fix the roof but their estimate was within 10 dollars of what the insurance sent us. The job was done quickly and we are so happy with the results! Thank you Rainy Day restoration for being there when we needed you. I will definitely use this company again!

The AC condensate line leaked and caused extensive damage to my kitchen and 2 bedrooms before it was discovered. My builder recommended Rainy Day to perform the tearout and mold remediation. They were very quick to respond. Everyone I dealt with was professional, kept me informed of every step and did great work.
